Notes:
To prevent sensor failure, operational failure or deterioration of its characteristics, do not use the sensor in the following or similar situations:
1) Strong impact or vibration;
2) Long-term exposure to high temperature and high humidity; In corrosive gases or sea breeze;
3) In an environment with dissolved organic matter;
4) In a dusty environment;
5) Exceeding the allowable input voltage;
6) To prevent additional stress on the leads, do not apply external force to the leads that have just been soldered. If it is necessary to do so, clamp the root of the leads first.
7) Since ultrasonic sensors are directional, be sure to pay attention to their installation position. It is recommended that the installation position is perpendicular to the object being measured.
8) To ensure reliability and service life, do not use or store at temperatures higher than the rated temperature.
9) Do not use the sensor in a vacuum area or explosion-proof area.
10) Do not use it in an environment where the atmosphere is uneven and produces a temperature gradient, which will cause measurement errors.
11) The product must not be used in an environment with dissolved organic matter or stored in corrosive gases, especially those containing hydrogen chloride gas, hydrogen sulfide gas, acids, alkalis, salts or the like. Products stored in the warehouse should pay attention to normal temperature and humidity. During storage, please pay attention to moisture-proof and prevent pin oxidation. Sudden changes in temperature and humidity may cause product performance failure or malfunction.
12) If applied to special conditions such as non-standard frequency, please inform our company of the specific working conditions, circuits, etc. you need, so that we can design and manufacture sensor products that meet your specific usage requirements.
13) If there is a problem with the use of our products, please contact the relevant staff of our company in time. If the appearance of the sensor is not damaged, our company can replace the product.
14) The sensor shall not be disassembled without authorization. If the performance and appearance are poor due to unauthorized disassembly, our company will not be responsible.
15) In order to prevent accidents caused by work failure, anti-failure function should be added during secondary development.
16) If you want to add a shell to this product, use a cushion material between the shell and the sensor as an improvement measure. At the same time, the sensor should not have strong mechanical vibration when used, and the working environment should not have strong electromagnetic interference.
