The sound speed based on gas component elements for transmitting such as air pressure, Humidity and differs temperature etc. Normally the air pressure and air elements are stable in application of ultrasonic sensor but temperature is variable(over 66°C that the transmitting will change for 1%) so the transmitting speed is following below foumula: Cm/s : Sound speed(Meter/second) TC : temperature(°C) 1. Temperature compensation can compensate deviation for 80 to 90% in variable temperature.(The compensation will weak in temperature gradient of measuring environment). 2.Temperature compensation with slight hysteresis as internal temperature compensation device has to be accommodated by some times. It is better to use outside temperature monitor to rectify the sensor for more accurate measurement result if temperature change faster. The device could not exposure by Sunshine directly. 3.Air floating: It will effect sensor's measuring precision and sensitive in fast air floating environment. |

Distance set up A1 1. Put objective in proper distance. 2. Connect learning and blue cables and in the meantime the yellow LED will flash when catch the objective and will maintain for 4 to 5 seconds after this status then move the white cable and done for the set up. Distance set up A2 1. Put objective in proper distance. 2. Connect learning and Brown cables and in the meantime the yellow LED will flash when catch the objective and will maintain for 4 to 5 seconds after this status then move the white cable and done for the set up. 3. The sensor after set up that the function will remain until next reset up. Remark: If the red LED in flashing status while set up which means the sensor did not catch the objective and we have to adjust the sensor position to aim the objective until the yellow and blue LED in continuing flashing. ( The set up must completed in 3 minutes unless the sensor will be lock down. Reset up need to cut the power off and reconnect). |

In order to prevent the sensor from failure, working failure or performance degradation, the anti failure function shall be added to the product design, and the product shall not be used under the following or similar conditions. 1. Due to the orientation character for ultrasonic sensor shall be attention the installation position and the vertical with objective is proposed. 2. For stability and life circle please do not use or stock in over temperature as specified. 3. Do not use in empty space or anti-explosion area. 4. Do not use in uneven air density and temperature gradient environment to avoid measuring error. 5. The sensor could not use in dissolved organic matter and corrosive air especially hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, acid, alkali, salt or similar. In stock please attention the temperature and humidity to avoid oxidation of pins. The sensor may with effective or faulty function in suddenly changing of temperature and humidity. 6. Bumper or foam is needed between the PCB or housing if install directly and in the meantime the sensor cannot working under high vibration and strong EMI environment. 7.
